Damien Beal
General Contractor
Damien Beal is the owner of JOH Construction and builds residential homes and commercial buildings. Damien believes that a building is an extension of its owner and builds to make the owners dreams come alive.
In addition to Damien has managed projects for the Tampa Housing Authority and built homes for Habitat for Humanity in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
Damien has been a lead builder for David Weekley and also in the 25-million-dollar club in revenue for David Weekley. Damien currently works for Wharton-Smith where he has built a school cafeteria in Lakeland FL and currently building a FireStation in Largo FL.
Damien has his General Contractors license along with The University ofSouth Florida CRED program (Community of Real Estate Development)

Emery Gary
CFO
Emery Gary is an accomplished Commercial Business leader and has worked for Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years.
Emery holds a BS in Chemistry from Howard University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. In addition, Emery holds a professional certification in New Product Development from the Product Development and Management Association.
Emery began his career at Corning Incorporated and during his 12 years with the company he took on different roles across Marketing & Strategy, Product Management, and Sales. Adding to his time with Lennox International, Emery already had 7 years of experience in Sales and 6 in Product Management prior to joining TE Connectivity’s Industrial BU in 2016 as a global product manager.
After spending 3 years in TE’s IND Product Management, Emery started in Industrial and Commercial Transportation in 2019 as Director, Product Management leading Round Contact Systems CBC2 where he grew his portfolio to over $550M in revenue. In 2022, Emery transitioned to the Operations team on an expat assignment as the Director of EMEA Manufacturing Footprint. Emery has led complex footprint actions that include the transfer of a $75M connector prouduct line (automated assembly and molding) HDSCS to ICT Tangier, Morrocco and the KISSLING Consolidation in Calw from 3 plants into 2, and the relocation of the LADD Distribution operations in Heimstetten, Germany into TE’s Global Logistics network.
Benefiting from his experience across two central functions for ICT, Emery moved into his most recent role as Director of Business Development focusing on facilitating the implementation of corporate wide commercial programs, ensuring the organization’s acquisition integration readiness by developing the M&A integration playbook, plus serving as the transformation PMO by ensuring a close collaboration between all of ICT functional leaders to execute the strategy.
Emery resides in Charlotte with his wife (Anouk) of 25 years and his youngest daughter who will is a rising 11th grader. Emery also has two older children, Kadence a graduating senior at Spelman College and Jared who resides in Houston with his fiancé and grandson Jessie.
Emery has been a member of Kappa Alpha Psi for over 24 years.
During his spare time, Emery enjoys spending time with family, traveling and playing golf.
